Bentonite Clay (Food Grade)

Calcium bentonite clay is a natural, highly absorbent clay made primarily of aged volcanic ash. It’s rich in montmorillonite, a mineral known for its detoxifying and swelling properties. It’s commonly used both internally (with caution) and externally for health, skincare, and detox purposes.

Directions for use: For internal and external use. Use only as directed. For topical use, mix 3 parts water to 1 part clay. Leave on for 15-20 minutes, then wash off with warm water. In a bath, mix 1-2 cups of clay into bath water. For internal use, mix 1 teaspoon of clay into at least 2 ounces of water.

Product Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Must be food-grade if taken internally. Make sure to drink plenty of liquid when using bentonite clay. Do not use if pregnant. Can interfere with nutrient and medication absorption. May cause constipation if not taken with adequate water. Not recommended for long-term internal use without medical supervision or for people with kidney issues, severe GI conditions, diabetics who have trouble regulating sugars, or people who have a history of kidney stones.
