Use only as directed.

Directions for use: Take a teaspoon in your mouth and swish for 10 seconds. Then take a toothbrush and brush for 30 seconds or more, including the tongue, and floss. Swish another teaspoon for 10 seconds, gargle and spit..  Do once in morning and again before bed. Rinse anytime as needed for the freshest breath ever.
