90-Day Parasite Support Protocol

This 90-day program uses alternating Active Cycles and Rest & Support Cycles. It works best with the products sold as Parasite Cleanse Bundle at with Living the Good Life Wellness.

Upon Waking

Parasite Support Formula

  • Take 24–36 drops by mouth or mixed with juice or water.
  • Drink a glass of water afterward.

With Breakfast

Liquid Super Green Food

  • Take 6–30 drops by mouth or mixed with juice or water.

Odorless Garlic

  • Take 2 softgels.

Mid-Morning

Diatomaceous Earth

  • Mix 1 teaspoon into a glass of water and drink.
  • Follow immediately with another full glass of water.
  • Keep approximately 2 hours away from medications.

Avoid breathing the powder while measuring or mixing.

Midday

Parasite Support Formula

  • Take 24–36 drops.

Liquid Super Green Food

  • An optional second dose of 6–30 drops may be taken.

With Dinner

Odorless Garlic

  • Take an optional second dose of 2 softgels.

Liquid Super Green Food

  • An optional third dose of 6–30 drops may be taken.

Evening

Parasite Support Formula

  • Take 24–36 drops.

Bedtime

NOW Foods Acidophilus Two Billion

  • Take 1 capsule.
  • When practical, separate from the Parasite Support Formula by approximately 2–3 hours.

Rest & Support Cycle

Days 15–21, 36–42 & 57–63

Do not take the Parasite Support Formula during these 7-day periods.

Continue:

  • Liquid Super Green Food: 6–30 drops, 1–3 times daily as needed.
  • Odorless Garlic: 2 softgels, 1–2 times daily.
  • Acidophilus: 1 capsule daily.
  • Daily Health Tea: Drink throughout the day as desired.
  • Diatomaceous Earth: 1 teaspoon daily if desired.
  • CAC Tea: Use only as needed for bowel regularity.

These periods provide a break from the concentrated Parasite Support Formula while continuing nutritional, digestive and microbiome support.

Final Restore & Support Phase

Days 78–90

Do not take the Parasite Support Formula.

Focus on:

  • Liquid Super Green Food: 6–30 drops, 1–3 times daily as needed.
  • Acidophilus: 1 capsule daily.
  • Daily Health Tea: Drink as desired throughout the day.
  • Odorless Garlic: May be continued if desired.
  • Diatomaceous Earth:
  • CAC Tea: Only as needed.

CAC Tea Instructions

Preparation

  1. Add 1 cup CAC Tea herbs to 2 quarts of water.
  2. Gently boil for 40 minutes.
  3. Strain and set the liquid aside.
  4. Return the herbs to the pan and add 1 quart water.
  5. Gently boil for 20 minutes and strain.
  6. Return the herbs to the pan once more, add 1 quart water, and gently boil for another 20 minutes.
  7. Strain and discard the herbs.
  8. Combine all three batches of liquid.
  9. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Use

Drink 1–4 cups per day as needed to support regular bowel movements.

Start with the lowest amount necessary.

The Parasite Support Formula already contains Senna Leaf, while CAC Tea contains Cascara Sagrada, Buckthorn and Turkey Rhubarb.

If bowel movements become loose or unusually frequent, reduce or discontinue CAC Tea. Do not increase CAC Tea in response to diarrhea or significant abdominal cramping.

Daily Health Tea

Add 1–2 tablespoons of tea to 1 quart of boiling water.

Cover and steep for approximately 5 minutes.

Drink hot or cold throughout the day as desired.

Important Guidelines

Hydration is important throughout the entire 90-day program. Drink adequate water each day, particularly when using Diatomaceous Earth or CAC Tea.

Do not exceed the recommended amounts in an attempt to intensify the program.

Discontinue use and seek medical attention for severe or persistent abdominal pain, persistent vomiting or diarrhea, blood in the stool, fainting, significant dehydration, jaundice, unusual neurological symptoms or a serious allergic reaction.
