Use only as directed.

Directions for use: Take 6-30 drops under the tongue or by mouth with juice or water as needed. May use 1-3 times daily. Shake well before use. Store in a cool dark environment.

Product Warning: Keep out of reach of children. This product contains alcohol. Recommended doses should not cause impairment. However, use caution when driving or operating machinery. Consult with your primary care physician or a medical professional before using with or replacing any medications. Do not take more than the suggested dosage. Interferes with mineral absorption. Do not take if you have seizure disorders. Not for long term use. Berberine stimulates the uterus. If a person has high blood pressure, watch for the highs and lows and if they occur. May lower blood pressure and heart rate. May potentiate heart medications. May potentiate diuretic drugs.  Do not use when pregnant or have kidney disease. Excessive use can lead to poisoning symptoms and over-stimulation of the thyroid gland.
