Use only as directed.

Directions for use: Take 1-3 tablespoons alone or added to a glass of water or juice. Drink in the mornings or evenings. Increase as necessary. Refrigerate after opening. Use with fiber for added cleansing effect. Children: Use 1/2 teaspoon once a day in the morning. Shake well before use. Store in a cool dark environment.

Product Warning: Keep out of reach of children. This product contains alcohol. Recommended doses should not cause impairment. However, use caution when driving or operating machinery. Consult with your primary care physician or a medical professional before using with or replacing any medications. Do not take more than the suggested dosage. Used in excess causes vomiting and diarrhea. Do not use while pregnant or lactating. Do not use if have intestinal obstruction, Crohn’s disease, diarrhea, appendicitis, cirrhosis of the liver, gallstones, obstruction of bile ducts or abdominal pain. Large and frequent doses may worsen hypertension. Do not use if on blood thinning agents. Berberine stimulates the uterus. If a person has high blood pressure, watch for the highs and lows. Not for long-term use. Do not use if pregnant.
