Use only as directed.

Directions for use: Take 6-30 drops under the tongue or by mouth with juice or water as needed. May use 1-3 times daily. Shake well before use. Store in a cool dark environment.

Product Warning: Keep out of reach of children. This product contains alcohol. Recommended doses should not cause impairment. However, use caution when driving or operating machinery. Consult with your primary care physician or a medical professional before using with or replacing any medications. Do not take more than the suggested dosage. Do not use while pregnant. It is not appropriate for long term use. Berberine stimulates the uterus. If a person has high blood pressure, watch for the highs and lows and if they occur, then substitute Myrrh for Goldenseal. Should not be used in large doses because it can irritate the gastrointestinal tract.
