Dr. Truman’s Special Fiber w/Bentonite Clay

Use only as directed.

Directions for use: Take 1 teaspoon or more a half an hour before meals, one or more times per day. Fiber is important part of a weight loss program. You can add it to you favorite juices or recipes. Fiber is delicious in blender drinks. No refrigeration required.

Product Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Make sure to drink plenty of liquid (8 oz. or more) when taking fiber supplements. Diabetics who have trouble regulating sugars should not use this product. Do not use if pregnant or have a history of kidney stones.
