Directions for use:

• Dr. Truman’s CAC Tea – Gently boil 2 qts of water and 1 cup of tea for 40 minutes. Strain and set liquid aside. Return herb back to pan, add 1qt. of water, gently boil for 20 minutes, strain, add to previous liquid. Return herb back to pan, add 1qt. liquid, gently boil for 20 minutes. Strain, discard herb and add all liquid together. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
• Dr. Truman’s Special Fiber w/ Bentonite Clay – Take 1 teaspoon or more a half an hour before meals, one or more times per day. Fiber is important part of a weight loss program. You can add it to you favorite juices or recipes. Fiber is delicious in blender drinks. No refrigeration required.
