Directions for use:

• Dr. Truman’s Liquid CAC – Take 1-3 tablespoons alone or added to a glass of water or juice. Drink in the mornings or evenings. Increase as necessary. Refrigerate after opening. Use with fiber for added cleansing effect. Children: Use 1/2 teaspoon once a day in the morning. Shake well before use. Store in a cool dark environment.
