Directions for use (Once a day):

• Dr. Truman’s Liquid Super Green Foods – Use 2 full droppers in mouth, juice or water.
• Ashwagandha Root Extract – Use 10 drops in mouth, juice or water.
• Irish Sea Moss Extract – Use 10 drops in mouth, juice or water.
• Milk Thistle Seed Extract – Use 10 drops in mouth, juice or water.
• Rose Hips Extract  – Use 2 full droppers in mouth, juice or water.
• Dr. Truman’s Special Fiber w/ Bentonite Clay – Take 1 teaspoon or more a half an hour before meals, one or more times per day. Fiber is important part of a weight loss program. You can add it to you favorite juices or recipes. Fiber is delicious in blender drinks.
• Mt. Angel Vitamins B-12 Essential Trio Liquid – Take 1 serving by mouth in the morning.
• Mt. Angel Vitamins Everyday Liquid Sunshine 2 – D3 + K2 – Take one 20 drops by mouth in the morning.
